New job- large hospital campus - tight Internet security. Internet/wireless limited to work computers. Can only print to network computer from work computer, but no printer in office- must print to a nursing station computer far away. Want to put a personal, non-network printer in my office and print documents from my iPhone (my only personal Internet connection), but printer cannot be solely wireless b/c it won't pick up the campus wireless signal. I don't want to pay extra for a hotspot. Is there a printer that can print iphone documents/email attachments/etc. via an iPhone cable (ie.not wirelessly)? I must print a lot and don't want to schlep all over the building every time I print something.
