I synchronize my contacts between my MacBook, google account and Android phone. However, I did not find out in what frequency the MacOS adressbook syncs itself with my google account. Some vague sources state approx. 1 hour but I could not confirm that, yet. Moreover - is there any way to influence the synchronizing rate at all?
