Is there a way to sync reading position of ePubs between iOS and OSX? Preferably over the internet, but not mandatory. If there's a third party way to do it, that's also fine (but I'd prefer not to pay 50€ just for this).

What application are you using to read them - you are going to have to use the same app of there is any chance at all. – Mark Feb 3 at 19:52
I'm not using any, yet. It's not relevant which app to use, just that there is a way to do it. – user137369 Feb 3 at 21:40
