My friend and I both have iPhone 4 and share the same Apple id on both phones. Two days ago I deleted my friends iPhone with my Apple id without knowing what would happen, this deleted all the data from my friend's iPhone.

I've tried to retrieve the data using my iCloud id but it retrieves only my data, not my friends since he was not using iCloud. Can any body help to retrieve data on my friends iPhone?

It can’t be recovered unless he had a backup on his computer. – duci9y Jan 16 at 8:51

Have he made a backup on iTunes? If yes, just restore from the backup: Right-click (or Control-click) the device and choose Restore from Backup

If he didn't backup your pictures on iPhone previously, then it might be tough to recover. I would give the free trial of Tenorshare iTunes Data Recovery a shot to see if his data can be recovered. By the way, you can download it from http://www.any-data-recovery.com/product/itunes-data-recovery.htm

Hope this helps!

If your iTunes backed up your iPhone before it synced all our data on to it then you should be able to restore iPhone from that backup.

Plug iPhone back into your iTunes then right click it from the left hand menu and choose restore iPhone from backup. You will get an option asking which backup you wish to choose. Unfortunately now that your iPhone will have the same name as yours, there is no easy way to tell which backup is which unless you can remember the rough time/date he synced phone.
