I currently have SSH enabled on my 2011 Mac Mini Lion Server. I want to be able to use a VNC Viewer to connect to it as well from my Windows 7 client. I've downloaded the RealVNC VNC Viewer and tried to connect but ran into this issue: http://qihome.org/qiliang/2012/07/13/windows-vnc-viewer-connecting-to-mac-os-x-lion/

According to that article, I need to make sure these settings are set correctly:

  1. System Preferences->Users & Groups->Login Options, set “Automatic Login” to off.
  2. System Preferences->Sharing, turn on “Screen Shareing” and click on “Computer Settings” button, set a password for “VNC Viewers may control screen with password:”.

Consequently, those are the specific settings I would like to change via an SSH connection.
