My iPhone 4 no longer syncs with iTunes on my PC. When I connect iPhone via USB or Wifi a message appears in iTunes saying

"The iPhone [Name] cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 10.6.3 or later. Go to www.itunes.com to download the latest version of iTunes."

I have updated iTunes on my PC to latest version and I have updated my iPhone to the latest operating system and have restarted both devices but still same message when connected.

What can I do to sync my phone with iTunes?
