I used my new iPhone 5 for 2 months without synching as my OS on my Mac was too old. i have now upgraded the OS and i have synched and backed up. I chose to set it up as my old phone though and so i have all the old data from my old phone.

However I seem to have lost all the data, photos, contacts, phone calls etc for the last 2 months from my iPhone 5.

Can I get this back?
