I have set up TmpDisk to create a 1GB RAM Disk on startup.

This works fine.

How do I get it to automatically copy Chrome onto the RAM Disk every time it starts up?

Why do you want to copy Chrome into the Ram Disk? If you want to speed up startup you can start Chrome once and keep it running. – patrix♦ Dec 22 '12 at 15:21
