Ask Different is a question and answer site for power users of Apple hardware and software. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Trying to sign in to Apple Support Communities to search the archive or post a question and it asks for my Apple ID and password. I enter those, twice, then it tells me there is an unknown error. It does let me manage my Apple ID, but not sign in to the support site. Frustrating, as is all of Apple Support. Any thoughts?
