Recently, my email and calendars stopped being updated regularly on my iPhone 4S. I use Google for email and calendars, and I'm accessing Google as a Microsoft Exchange server as described on the Set up Google Sync with your iOS device page.
In particular, new calendar entries and emails don't appear on my phone anymore, and this all used to work just fine. I don't really know how to go about troubleshooting this.
