I have recently upgraded to the latest iTunes, and I seem to be having trouble with adding new songs. I didn't have any problems during my first try (which I can't remember how, since I just click around). I have successfully put the song into my iPhone, but when I wanted to change the title, I removed it directly from my iPhone. Since then, I can't put the same song my phone. I don't know why.

there are some formats iPhone does not support. If it does not support the format, iTunes won't allow to copy / sync it. Can you confirm that you have already checked that someone else using an iPhone can play the song on their iDevice ? – Sairam Dec 2 '12 at 13:59
