I have an iPad 3rd gen, purchased without contract, currently on the Blau network in Germany. Data works great. I'd like to enable Personal Hotspot.
Currently, the APN settings for data work fine, but if I try to copy the same settings into the Personal Hotspot APN fields, it doesn't appear to save. If I back out of the APN screen, then open it again, the Personal Hotspot APN form is blank again.
All this time, the actually button for "Personal Hotspot" (the one in Settings -> Cellular Data) has a "wait spinner" where the right-arrow would normally be.
Does this mean there's a problem with my carrier? Am I doing something else wrong? On both my Android devices the personal-hotspot feature works great.
