My brother has an iPhone 4S from Sprint and his contract ended at the end of last month. He wants to have a basic phone but no longer wants to pay the price for a data plan. Can he use a pre-paid TMobile SIM card and make use of the TMobile voice network? The phone is unlocked from Apple.
