I got a Logitech C615 camera a few weeks ago and I haven't been able to get it to work reliably. At first OS X (I run Mountain Lion) was not able to detect the camera, then, after installing the macam drivers, the camera worked but not reliably. Now the camera is not working again and when I look at the console after connecting the device it says:

Does anyone have any insight into what that error means and how I can fix it? Is the USB device faulty?
Thanks
