I am currently running Snow Leopard on my Macbook Pro, I am thinking of upgrading to Mountain Lion at some point in 2013. I would like to know if Mac OS X 10.9 is released in 2013(if thats true), will it be possible to upgrade from Snow Leopard directly to 10.9, without the need to upgrade to Mountain Lion?

Also those people who have upgraded directly from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion what have your experiences been and do you wish you had been using Lion in preparation for Mountain Lion ?

Thankyou
