I tried resetting it on the pc and also rebooting pc and iphone. Nothing is helping and I am back to old school of attaching the phone to a pc.

Did it suddenly quit working? Did you do any upgrades or make any changes before it broke? Do pictures you take on your iPhone show up in Photostream on your iPhone and just don't sync to your PC, or do they not show up in any Photostream? – bassplayer7 Nov 21 '12 at 2:31
