When enabling Personal Hotspot on my Verizon LTE new iPad, I see an alert asking if I want to enable USB only, or also Bluetooth and WiFi. Sometimes, my options are USB and Bluetooth, or WiFi only.

Why does Bluetooth get shown with USB and sometimes with WiFi?
