I don't have enough money to go and buy a new Mac Pro, so I'm aiming to buy a used one; namely a 15.4" MacBook Pro Intel c2d 2.4GHz with 4 GB of RAM. It has the latest Lion on it and I'm wondering how Xcode 4.5.1 would perform on this system?

The system specifications you listed should have no problem running Xcode without any hiccups. That being said, the more complex a project, the more time it's going to take... on any system. |
