iPad: app to categorize and search things by Tags and search-terms for Twitter?

I use Snapbird.org to browse old development-tweets but it is pretty time-consuming and laggy. Does there exist some app in iPad to make it categorize things automatically with tweets?

Example Usage -cases

1. I want to periodically check searches that has #TeXWriter and @someUser.

2. I want to periodically check all #iPad -labeled tweets where every tweet labeled only under iPad removed and other are inner labeled to folders
