I am trying to collect the key security concerns (and possible solution) surrounding iPad app development? Is there a good web resource that discusses these iPad concerns, solutions, best practices?

You need to be more precise. First, do you want to develop an app? If so, you need to go to StackOverflow to ask that. Second, I think it should be retagged iOS (and maybe rephrase the question to not only target iPad-related issues) – Loïc Wolff Jan 20 '11 at 16:14
