After I finish a Skype call on my iPod, the music player runs automatically. How can I prevent this?

do you mean after you end your skype call or during your skype call? remember that you can always double tap the home button, flip to the left and click 'Pause' – Ethan Lee Sep 23 '12 at 4:28
