iCloud has been acting up recently on my Windows 7 computer, it will not sync the photo stream properly.
When I check my %appdata/Apple Computer/Logs file I see the following entries, which most likely indicates the problem:

I have reinstalled iCloud Control Panel via Apple Updater, however the error persists and my photos do not appear on this computer.
