How can I sync my Outlook 2002 running on Windows XP calendar with my iPad? I'm willing to use services such as Google Calendar as a go-between, and/or additional programs/apps that would facilitate this.

I do not want to plug my iPad into my computer each time I want to sync the calendar.

Any help is appreciated.
