  1. I have two email accounts, one use POP3 and it uses the mail server of my company and looks like xxx@company.com, the other one is a Gmail account.
  2. I have connection to Gmail's exchange sever on my iPhone, and my calendar on iPhone is also synchronized with my Google calendar with the Gmail exchange server.
  3. I have access on my iPhone4 to both email accounts via POP3 and IMAP respectively.
  4. I often receive calendar invitations in my working email account, i.e. xxx@company.com with my iPhone.

What I want to do is to accept the invitation and make the events shown in the Google calendar.

I tried to accept the invitation on my iPhone directly, the event would show in my iPhone calendar with other Google calendar events all around. It seemed that this event had been added to the Google calendar. But strangely, when I got access to my Google calendar from devices other than this iPhone4, the event that had been previously accepted on that iPhone4 was not there. That is to say, that event was not synchronized successfully.

How can I accept a calendar invitation send to a non-Gmail email account which can be connected via POP3 on iPhone4 and more importantly, add this calendar event to my Google calendar?
