I want to create new apple account and redownload or keep current apps so that I can update this apps in future. Is there any jailbreak tweak that can keep all apps and restore them after apple account change on Ipad?

Keep in mind that you can change the email address on an Apple ID, so creating a new one frequently isn't necessary. – Nathan Greenstein♦ Jul 27 '12 at 20:48
