I'm running into a weird issue when attempting to download music from my iPad to my new MacBook Pro.

When I plug the iPad in iTunes it asks me if I want to authorise my MacBook Pro even though it is already authorised. I click yes, anyway. When the dialogue appears, the email field is pre filled with my friend's email address. I change it to my own and enter my password.

While it's downloading, iTunes warns me that two songs can not be copied because they are not authorised to be played on my computer. I'm assuming it's because the two songs belong to a friend and were copied to my old computer.

I click OK. Once the download is complete, however, none of the music is copied over. I would have thought it would copy over the music excluding the two songs in question.

I can't delete the songs manually from my iPad, and I no longer own the old PC in order to remove them and resynch library.

Any ideas how to get around this issue?
