I have an Bury Motion hands-free system for my iPhone 4s. This system has a dock connector for charging and sound output via my cars aux in, BUT ALSO a bluetooth connection for making phone calls.
While music and other apps playback there sound via my cars speakers (connected through an aux in to the car and an aux out on the hands-free), the voice of a caller will be put out through internal speakers of the hands-free system. If I had to guess I would say this has something to do with the bluetooth connection, because in this case the signal is not transmitted through the dock connector.
What really bothers me is the fact, that the voice of Siri is wether played through the internal speaker system of the hands-free, nor through my cars speakers. As you can imagine, while driving it is really hard to understand anything she says.
So my question is: Is there a way to configure the iPhone, such that Siri's voice is played via either the car speakers or at least the docking stations internal speakers? And if not could somebody give me a technical explanation why the system plays the sound via two different outputs and why Siri is not using a single one of them? I just would like to understand the technical design decision behind this.
Thanks in advance.
