I bought the MacBook Pro 13" 2012 which comes with iLife '11. Before that, I had a MacBook Pro 13" 2009. I changed the drives between the two (had an SSD on the old one).
I restored the 2012 one from Time Machine (backed up with its original drive and restored on SSD).
On the 2009 I just did reinstall of OS X Lion (not sure if I even needed to).
Now the 2009 one still has the iLife 2011 and asks me to verify it on the App Store, by sending the hardware ID and logging with my Apple ID. I will be giving the 2009 MacBook Pro to a family member who is gonna use his own ID. Is this going to cause any problems? Having the bundled iLife 11 on the 2009 MacBook Pro? Should I remove it or if there is gonna be a problem we just get an error?
