How to add a OS X to a domain without having domain bind priviledges?

I would like to know if it is possible, and how, to add an OS X machine to a Windows Active Directory domain, without having the domain permission to do it.

Let's say you already have a Windows machine joined in the domain and you want to "transfer" the membership to a OS X machine?

If this is impossible, please explain why.
