I wanted to know if there is a solution to get the Hotmail emails and folders synchronized with Mail.app.

I have it synced properly on my iPhone but it doesn't sync on the Mac.

If you add a new account with an Hotmail email address to Apple Mail, it sets the rest up more or less by itself. What exactly have you tried yet, what exactly is not working? – patrix♦ Jun 18 '12 at 15:07
