Please list & share experiences of RDP/VNC client / Remoting Apps to log in host desktop at custom high resolutions & scale to display on iPad Retina?

I'd like to hear experiences of the best RDP/VNC client / Remoting Apps on the new iPad 3 that can leverage the High-Res Retina display and log into Remoting Host at the highest & various scaled/ scale-able, fixed & custom configurable/ high resolutions?

e.g. 2048 x 1536 | 1920 x 1200 | 1920 x 1080 | 1600 x 1200 etc. Custom Resolutions

I'd like some apps that allow us to remote and login at Resolutions of our choice & show them nicely.

I'd like the flexibility to choose the Host resolution. Since, the iPad 3 display resolution is so high, it could automatically log in & take any chosen "Desktop/ Host Resolution", SCALE it to its fine display and show it Fullscreen.

I am 'adding' to / extending to a certain question that was asked earlier. Besides, the answers posted, I'd like to know if there are MORE such Apps that support the High Resolutions and if any support Custom Host-Desktop Resolutions and scale them smoothly to the Sharp High-Res Retina Display.

The earlier question that was posted:

What is the best RDP/VNC client for the new iPad that makes use of the retina display?

I am looking for a remote desktop client to connect to both my Mac and PC. I would prefer not to install any software on the remote computers and just take advantage of the built-in protocols. What are some of the best remote desktop apps that you have tried?

Few answers that got posted:

Are there MORE Remoting Apps that can leverage the Retina Resolutions?
