Why does Safari ask if it can install safari zoom every time i start safari?

I have said yes a half a dozen times but it keeps asking- whats up with that ?

would help if you provided more info on what "Zoom" is. Is this a Safari extension you downloaded? – Larry May 19 '12 at 19:31
