Information I want to know (You can answer them partially, just put the numbers before your answer)

1) What is the count of downloads ? (per day)

2) How much will I get per downloaded app ? What about in-app purchases ?

3) Is it hard to get featured on the "new & noteworthy"- page ?

4) Is making the app free a good alternative ? (ads ?)

5) How do I spread the word (about my app) ?

6) Have you got personal experience ? I would appreciate it if you shared it with me :)

A lot of these question can be answered by reading the iTunes Connect guidelines. Some are internal to apple, information that is not shared to Developers. – MrDaniel Mar 6 '12 at 18:30
