I have trouble with my Macbook, I think it's just on pages on Safari like writing an e-mail or in facebook, even in this question box.

The problem is that Safari will quit unexpectedly when I open certain e-mails, not all e-mails just certain ones. Also the page starts jumping up and down as I'm writing and if I use the backspace key the page I'm on jumps back to the last page I was on, removing all my text.

How can I fix this?

Do you have any "Diagnostic and Usage Messages" for Safari (, go to Finder -> Applications -> Utilities, or cmd-shift-u)? – Patrick Dec 30 '11 at 13:46
next time you get it up and running head to and press download. :) – Graeme Hutchison Jan 5 '12 at 13:59
