I've setup Remote Management on Lion and I'm able to login to my 2nd account via VNC.

The only problem is that when I type in Terminal.app the keyboard stays QWERTY while I have an AZERTY layout.

As per the screenshot below, I'm using PocketCloud on my iPad:
