An email sent to my Gmail account contains an attached Word doc. When I access my Gmail account through iOS's Mail app on my iPhone, the attachment won't open. When I tap it, nothing happens. But when I go to gmail.com on the phone and view the same email there, the attachment works.
What would cause iOS Mail to not be able to open the attachment?
