My Xcode Organizer asks me to sign in with my Apple ID. However, when I tried to type in, the page complained that the page is not writeable; and, it doesn't take my keyboard inputs (mouse is ok, though). I am running Xcode version 4.

I don't think I need to register to the Developer Program ($99/year) in order to view the documentations in Xcode, right?
