Drag & Drop in iCal is very convenient, but last time, I accidentally moved an appointment (or at least, I'm not sure, if I did...)

Is it possible to somehow "lock" important appointments?

Or alternatively, to lock all appointments/disable drag and drop?

You can't lock an event, but if you add an Invitee (yourself maybe) then it will prompt you after making any change.

Very unconventional, but nice. Solves the problem, especially if I use a name that doesn't exist (so it doesn't send any unnecessary mails). –  Chris Lercher Jun 28 '11 at 18:11

is there any way to see what the original time was as iv just done this and iv no idea where the appointment was before and iv no contact number for the client
