I wonder where Apple stores its fonts of iBooks on Mac? I want to add some fonts or replace one of the current ones so that I can read books in a different font.

I don't think iBooks has its own fonts, it uses the fonts installed by OS X and normally available to all apps. But there is probably a .plist or similar file somewhere that determines the choices available for ibooks display. –  Tom Gewecke Feb 2 '14 at 12:54
